Critics agree that much of Southeast Asia desperately needs judicial reform and rule of law. Yet, there is remarkably little comparative scholarship on law and legal institutions in the region. Myanmar Human Rights Commission
Myanmar's National Human Rights Commission has just published a website. The site is quite sophisticated and contains a lot of information. Well worth checking out.
